Your profile

  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in a managerial position in upscale gastronomy - ideally in the gourmet sector.
  • Leadership competence: Strong leadership skills and the ability to act as a role model and motivate your team.
  • Service orientation: Distinct service and host mentality with an eye for detail and high quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
  • Organizational talent: Structured way of working and excellent organizational skills.
  • Appearance: Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Way to work: Winter sports enthusiasts can commute to work on skis or a snowboard—including first and last runs on empty slopes.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the service process: Ensuring a smooth and first-class service process in the gourmet lounge.
  • Guest services: Ensuring excellent guest care through personal commitment and exemplifying the highest service standards.
  • Employee management: Management, motivation and training of the service team to ensure a high level of satisfaction and commitment.
  • Organization: Coordination and implementation of the daily mise en place as well as the organizational processes in the restaurant.
  • Quality management: Monitoring and ensuring high quality standards, continuous improvement of work processes.
  • Environmentally conscious work: Promotion and implementation of environmentally friendly working practices.

Our offer

We offer full-time employment with a 6-day week (48 hours) with regular evening shifts, including an attractive gross salary from € 4,000 (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
