Your profile

  • Work experience: Experience as a demi chef de partie or chef de partie in upscale gastronomy.
  • Quality standards: A passion for high kitchen quality, creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Leadership competence: Ability to manage your own post efficiently and support a team.
  • Development: Motivation for continuous further development and to support the kitchen management.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
  • Organizational talent: Good planning and organizational skills.

Your tasks

  • Support of the kitchen management: Actively support the kitchen management in the organization and implementation of daily kitchen operations.
  • Managing your own post: Responsibility for a specific position in the kitchen and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Menu preparation: Preparation and cooking of meals according to the menu specifications and quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and coordinated working practices.
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring the consistently high quality and presentation of the dishes.
  • Food hygiene & occupational safety: Compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Environmentally conscious work: Implementation of sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in the kitchen.

Our offer

For a full-time position, a 6-day week (48 hours) including an attractive gross salary from € 3.800,- (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications) is provided. You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top
