We attach great importance to a familiar and cooperative atmosphere in the team. As an experienced Chef de Partie in the high-class gastronomy you are already familiar with the daily work. You are characterized by diversity, resilience and openness to new things. In addition, you are service and quality oriented and have a passion for cooking.
These are your tasks
Your main tasks include the professional preparation of À-la-carte and evening menus, where you are responsible for your own post. We attach great importance to an economical and quality-conscious use of all products and working materials. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing the mise en place.
Your main involvement will be in the day-to-day operations, but you will also be involved in preparing dinner menus for our hotel guests twice a week.
The most important facts
Für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist eine 6-Tage-Woche mit 48 Stunden vorgesehen. Der Bruttolohn bei einer 48-Stunden-Woche beträgt mindestens € 3.100,-. Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag (Hotellerie & Gastronomie) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation. Außerdem kommt eine Beteiligung vom Trinkgeld noch on top dazu!
