Your profile
- Work experience: Relevant experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in upscale gastronomy.
- Professional knowledge: Sound knowledge in the preparation and presentation of sophisticated dishes.
- Creativity and quality standards: A passion for first-class cuisine, a high level of creativity and a tireless demand for quality.
- Ability to work in a team: Enjoy working in a team and be willing to take on responsibility.
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality.
- Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
- Organizational talent: Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Your tasks
- Post management: Responsibility for your own position in the kitchen and ensuring the high quality and presentation of the dishes.
- Menu design: Active participation in the development of new dishes and menus, in close cooperation with the sous chef and head chef.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring the consistently high quality of the food and its appealing presentation.
- Teamwork: Supporting the kitchen team by instructing and training Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chefs de Partie.
- Hygiene and safety: Compliance with all hygiene and safety standards and implementation of HACCP guidelines.
- Organization: Ensuring a smooth and organized way of working at your own post.
Our offer
For a full-time position, a 6-day week (48 hours) including an attractive gross salary from € 3.800,- (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications) is planned. You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
