Your profile

  • Work experience: Completed culinary training and references from previous employers, as well as several years of experience in à la carte or hotel kitchens.
  • Quality standards: A passion for high kitchen quality, creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Leadership competence: Ability to manage your own position efficiently and support a team, as well as an independent, structured, and quality-conscious approach to work.
  • Development: Motivation for continuous further development and to support the kitchen management.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and a cooperative working style, as well as team spirit and flexibility, even when the weather isn't playing along.

Your tasks

  • Support of the kitchen management: Actively support the kitchen management in the organization and implementation of daily kitchen operations.
  • Managing your own post: Responsibility for a specific position in the kitchen and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Menu design: Preparation and cooking of meals according to the menu specifications and quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and coordinated working practices.
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring the consistently high quality and presentation of the dishes.
  • Food hygiene & occupational safety: Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP and occupational safety standards.
  • Environmentally conscious work: Implementation of sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in the kitchen.

Our offer

For a full-time position, a 6-day week (48 hours) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week, including attractive gross salary from € 4,000 (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications) is planned. You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
