Your profile

  • Vocational training: Completed training as a chef.
  • Experience: First experience in the upscale hotel industry - ideally in a 5-star hotel.
  • Quality standards: A passion for high-quality cuisine, creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and implement instructions from more senior kitchen staff.
  • Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
  • Organizational talent: Excellent organizational skills and reliability.

Your tasks

  • Support of the Demi Chefs de Partie and Chef de Parties: Support in the preparation and presentation of meals in accordance with the specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Mise en Place: Preparation and organization of the work stations to ensure a smooth service process.
  • Kitchen organization: Participate in the management of food stocks and compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring the consistently high quality and presentation of the dishes.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the entire kitchen team to ensure high standards and a positive working environment.
  • Food hygiene & occupational safety: Compliance with hygiene regulations and safety standards in the kitchen.

Our offer

For a full-time position, a 6-day week (48 hours) including an attractive gross salary from € 3,000 is planned(payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications) is provided. You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top
