Your profile

Work experience: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Frühstückskoch oder in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie.
Professional knowledge: Sicheres Handling bei der Zubereitung hochwertiger Frühstücksgerichte – von klassischen Eierspeisen bis zu modernen, kreativen Variationen.
Quality awareness: Anspruch an perfekte Präsentation, Frische und Geschmack auf höchstem Niveau.
Zuverlässigkeit: Du bist pünktlich, organisiert und behältst auch in der Morgenhektik den Überblick.
Way to work: Winter sports enthusiasts can commute to work on skis or a snowboard—including first and last runs on empty slopes.

Your tasks

Frühstücksservice: Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation unseres hochwertigen Frühstücksangebots für Hotelgäste.
Quality assurance: Ensuring the highest quality standards in the kitchen.
Mise en Place: Vorbereitung aller Frühstückskomponenten sowie Organisation des Arbeitsplatzes für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Morgen.
Collaboration: Close collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure harmonious and efficient work in the kitchen.
Hygiene and cleanliness: Compliance with strict hygiene regulations and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen, especially during and after service.

Our offer

For a full-time position, a 6-day week (48 hours) including an attractive gross salary from € 2.900,- is planned (payment above the collective hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other attractive benefits on top!
