Your profile
- Work experience: Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry.
- Computer skills: Good computer skills, ideally experience with booking software.
- Host / hostess out of passion
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
- Organizational talent: Structured way of working and excellent organizational skills.
- Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
- Enthusiasm: You are passionate about the mountains and nature.
Your tasks
- Guest reception and care: Responsible for the warm welcome of our guests and the individual care during their stay. Support with questions, reservations and special requests.
- Office organization: Managing procedures at reception, processing inquiries and coordinating internal processes.
- Computer management: Maintenance of databases and support in the use of booking platforms.
- Internal communication: Close cooperation with the kitchen, service and administration departments to ensure an optimal flow of information.
Our offer
We offer full-time employment with a 6-day week (48 hours) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week, including attractive gross salary from € 3,000 (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
