Your profile

Vocational training: Completed training in the service sector or initial experience as a Commis de Rang - ideally in upscale gastronomy.
Service orientation: A keen sense for the wishes of our guests and a high level of service.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and integrate quickly into an existing team.
Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
Organizational talent: Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Way to work: Winter sports enthusiasts can commute to work on skis or a snowboard—including first and last runs on empty slopes.

Your tasks

Guest services: Supporting the service staff in looking after and serving guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Mise en Place: Preparation of the service area, including the organization and care of the tables and the provision of crockery and cutlery.
Service: Assistance in serving food and beverages in accordance with the standards of the house.
Communication: Work closely with the Demi Chefs de Rang and the Chef de Rang to ensure a smooth service flow.
Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with service standards and supporting the implementation of quality specifications.
Hygiene & order: Care and cleaning of the work area and compliance with hygiene regulations.

Our offer

We offer full-time employment with a 6-day week (48 hours) mit 1 – 2 Abenddiensten pro Woche inkl. attraktivem gross salary from € 2.900,- (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
