Your profile

Vocational training: Completed training in the hotel or catering industry.
First professional experience: Experience as a Commis de Rang in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry is an advantage.
Service orientation: Enjoy dealing with guests and have a keen sense for their wishes.
Team spirit: Motivation to support the team and learn from experienced colleagues.
Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and friendly, confident demeanor.
Way to work: Winter sports enthusiasts can commute to work on skis or a snowboard—including first and last runs on empty slopes.

Your tasks

Support of the service team: Assisting the Demi Chef de Rang and Chef de Rang in serving guests in the restaurant and other gastronomic areas.
Preparation: Mise en place for the smooth running of the service, including the preparation of tables and serving stations.
Guest services: Greeting and assisting guests, ensuring a first-class service experience under the guidance of supervisors.
Quality assurance: Support in maintaining the high standards in the service area.

Our offer

We offer full-time employment with a 6-day week (48 hours) mit 1 – 2 Abenddiensten pro Woche inkl. attraktivem gross salary from € 2.900,- (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
