Your profile

Work experience: Relevant and several years of experience as a bartender – ideally in upscale restaurants.
Professional knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cocktail and other beverage preparation, bar and cash register operation, and wine expertise.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and integrate quickly into an existing team.
Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
Organizational talent: Excellent organizational skills and reliability.
Flexibility: Stress resistance and flexibility, especially during rush hour crowds or sudden changes in high alpine weather conditions.
Personal responsibility: High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and forward-thinking work methods.
Attention to detail and aesthetics: A keen eye for detail and a flair for aesthetics and appealing presentation.
Way to work: Winter sports enthusiasts can commute to work on skis or a snowboard—including first and last runs on empty slopes.

Your tasks

Bar service: Responsibility for the smooth running of the bar, including the preparation and presentation of cocktails and other drinks.
Guest services: Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through friendly and professional service and competent advice on beverage selection.
Mise en Place: Preparation and organization of the bar to ensure efficient service.
Quality assurance: Ensuring the consistently high quality of all beverages and adherence to recipes.
Cash management: Responsibility for the accounting and administration of the cash register.
Hygiene and safety: Compliance with hygiene regulations and safety standards at the bar.

Our offer

We offer full-time employment with a 6-day week (48 hours) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week, including attractive gross salary from € 3,100 (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
