Your profile

Work experience: First experience in a similar position - ideally in upscale gastronomy.
Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview even with a high workload.
Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
Speed: Ability to work quickly and accurately to provide guests with first-class service.
Way to work: Winter sports enthusiasts can commute to work on skis or a snowboard—including first and last runs on empty slopes.

Your tasks

Counter service: Responsibility for the smooth running of the bar, including the preparation and serving of drinks.
Organization: Ensuring a well-organized work area, including the maintenance and tidying of the counter.
Stress management: Calm and level-headed approach in hectic situations to maintain an overview and offer a consistently high quality of service.
Quality control: Ensuring compliance with high standards in the preparation and presentation of beverages.
Hygiene: Compliance with hygiene regulations and regular cleaning of the counter areas.

Our offer

We offer full-time employment with a 6-day week (48 hours) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week, including attractive gross salary from € 2.800,- (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
