Your profile

Work experience: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, idealerweise mit Sommelier-Zertifizierung.
Weinexpertise: Fundiertes Wissen über nationale und internationale Weine – insbesondere aus Österreich, Italien und Frankreich.
Beratungskompetenz: Leidenschaft, Gäste fachkundig und mit Begeisterung zu beraten.
Organizational talent: Verantwortung für fachgerechte Lagerung, Logistik und optimale Verfügbarkeit der Weine.
Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
Erscheinungsbild: Well-groomed appearance and confident, friendly demeanor.
Kreativität & Eigeninitiative: Mitgestaltung der Weinkarte und Aufbau des Weingewölbes mit persönlicher Handschrift.
Weiterentwicklung: Interesse an Verkostungen, Messen und Winzerbesuchen, um Trends und Neuheiten im Weinmarkt zu kennen.
Team spirit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Service und Management zur perfekten Weinbegleitung.
Innovative spirit: Openness to new trends and techniques in patisserie.
Well-groomed appearance: Professional appearance and friendly nature.
Way to work: Winter sports enthusiasts can commute to work on skis or a snowboard—including first and last runs on empty slopes.

Your tasks

Weinberatung & Service: Empfehlung und Servieren passender Weine zu den Menüs, inklusive Dekantieren und Präsentation.
Weinauswahl & Einkauf: Abstimmung mit Manfred Kleiner sowie Teilnahme an Verkostungen und Weineinkäufen.
Weinkarte & Sortiment: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Weinkarte mit rund 450 Positionen – von Demi bis Großflasche.
Lager & Logistik: Fachgerechte Lagerung, Bestandskontrolle und Organisation des Weingewölbes.
Guest experience: Schaffung eines unvergesslichen Weinerlebnisses – mit Kompetenz, Leidenschaft und Persönlichkeit.
Quality assurance: Gewährleistung höchster Standards im Weinservice und im Umgang mit Glas, Temperatur und Lagerung.

Our offer

We offer full-time employment with a 5- oder 6-Tage-Woche (40 / 48 Std.) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week, including attractive Bruttolohn ab € 3.000,- bzw. € 3.500,- (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
