Our company with 3 members employs about 80 employees in the main season.

Since we focus on family, hands-on quality and team spirit at Wedelhütte, Albergo and La Pasta, that's exactly what we want from you. Since you are responsible for a large number of employees, it is especially important to us that you work reliably and have a positive charisma.
In addition, you should always have an open ear for the small problems and daily concerns of our employees. A high degree of social competence and, if necessary, experience in conflict management are particularly advantageous.
These are your tasks
Your core tasks will of course include the proper planning and coordination of our team. In addition, you are also responsible for recruiting and developing our employees. This also includes the creation of job advertisements and the corresponding evaluation. Of course, you will also play a leading role in the following job interviews.
In day-to-day operations, you will take care of all organizational matters such as monitoring working hours, handling sick leave and end-of-month accounting.
At the end of each season, you will hold individual discussions with our employees and sound out potential opportunities for further training and promotion. The collective development and long-term retention of our team is a matter close to our heart.
The most important facts
A 5-day week with 40 hours is provided for full-time employment. The gross salary is at least € 2,450. Payment is according to the collective agreement (hotel & restaurant industry) with the willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications.
