Your profile

  • Work experience: Extensive experience as a cook or in a similar position in upscale gastronomy.
  • Professional knowledge: Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine, including current trends and classic recipes.
  • Leadership competence: Strong leadership skills, ability to lead teams and motivate employees.
  • Quality standards: High standards of quality and attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of food.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and a confident manner.
  • Organizational talent: Excellent planning and organizational skills and a good sense of the team's needs.

Your tasks

  • Kitchen management: Responsibility for the management of the entire kitchen, including the planning, organization and control of all kitchen processes.
  • Menu design: Creative and seasonal menu design, taking into account Italian cuisine and the wishes of our guests.
  • Team leadership: Management, motivation and training of the kitchen team to ensure excellent performance and a harmonious working atmosphere.
  • Quality control: Ensuring the highest quality and presentation of all dishes, compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Guest relations: Actively participate in guest service and representation of the kitchen to optimize the guest experience.
  • Inventory management: Monitoring of orders, warehousing and management of the kitchen budget.
  • Innovation: Further development of the culinary offerings and introduction of new ideas to continuously improve the restaurant.

Our offer

For a Full-time employment from mid-May a 5-day week (42 hours / no split shifts) including an attractive gross salary from € 2.800,- (Pay above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications) is planned. You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!

The kitchen at La Pasta, which was completely rebuilt in 2022 and is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances to help you prepare Italian specialties, is also excellent.
